Canada Calling: USA's April Heinrichs
Our Monthly look at women's football news and views from across the globe ahead to the Women's World Cup in Canada.
This month’s live guests include April Heinrichs, the Technical Director of the USA women’s national team and was also captain of the team that won the first ever women’s world cup in 1991 as well as Asisat Oshoala, a true rising star of the game. She has just signed for Liverpool Ladies – becoming the first African player to play in the Women’s Super League – and was named 2014's African Women's Player of the Year and Youth Player of the Year after helping her club side Rivers Angels become Nigerian champions.
The episode also features interviews with the England women’s national team and the Mayor of Winnipeg, as the programme continues its tour of the Canada 2015 host cities.
