And yet the division of the economic spoils for women in terms of job prospects, earnings and basic employment rights are no where near on a par with men. Former UK First Lady Cherie Blair, fashion retailer Eileen Fisher, Ceo of Spot One Global Solutions Marieme Jamme and Director of the economic think tank Politea, Sheila Lawlor talk with the Linda Yueh about the way forward for greater female participation in the global economy.
