Bullingdon Prison concerns and no more police for Bicester

Phil looks into the latest independent report on Bullingdon Prison which highlights concerns over staff safety and the rehabilitation of inmates, and talks to the new police officer in charge of the Cherwell area who says that Bicester police station will not get more staff or be expanded, even though it’s one of the fastest growing towns in Europe.
