Afghan president on his country's future
The Afghan President Ashraf Ghani attended an international conference in London on Thursday where he secured continued support from the international community for Afghanistan's development.
In his first broadcast interview he told the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ's Lyse Doucet that Afghanistan can achieve its goals, despite a lack of security.
He claimed "we don't need aid agencies to transform ourselves."
Speaking on the future of his country's security he said: "We've not authorised night raids...they are misreports."
