Russia is "behaving as a terrorist state," according to the President of Lithuania, Dalia Grybauskaite. She also told the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ's Vishala Sri-Pathma that she welcomed President Vladimir Putin's announcement this week that he was shelving a multi-billion dollar project to build a pipeline to pump Russian gas into South East Europe.
