Rape victim: How women's centre has helped me cope
Adrian Chiles has been visiting Tomorrow's Women Wirral, which helps women turn their lives around after suffering abuse, or after being convicted of a crime.
At the centre, Adrian met rape victim Tina*, who has been using the centre to help her cope with her mental health problems.
She told him that the centre had allowed her to "talk to other women", learn skills and gain support without "being judged".
*Tina has waived her right to anonymity.
