The Comedy Night: Nabil Abdulrashid
Some of Britain's most exciting up and coming comics came together under one roof at an event celebrating black British talent.
Stand-ups from across the country performed at the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Local Radio African-Caribbean Comedy Night on Saturday 11th October at the Radio Theatre in London.
The night saw performances from Toju the Militant Black Guy, A Dot Comedian, Michelle De Swarte, Aurie Styla, Nabil Abdulrashid, London Hughes, Daliso Chaponda and Annette Fagon. The show was presented by Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ London’s Eddie Nestor and Brenda Emmanus.
At the age of 22 he became the youngest black comedian to perform stand up at the Hammersmith Apollo. He was also chosen to perform at the premiere of the film The Infidel which starts Omid Djalili. Watch this video to see highights of Nabil Abdulrashid performing at the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ...
