Some of Britain's most exciting up and coming comics came together under one roof at an event celebrating black British talent.

Stand-ups from across the country performed at the 麻豆约拍 Local Radio African-Caribbean Comedy Night on Saturday 11th October at the Radio Theatre in London.

The night saw performances from Toju the Militant Black Guy, A Dot Comedian, Michelle De Swarte, Aurie Styla, Nabil Abdulrashid, London Hughes, Daliso Chaponda and Annette Fagon. The show was presented by 麻豆约拍 London鈥檚 Eddie Nestor and Brenda Emmanus.

Daliso Chaponda is from Malawi, and began his comedy career in Canada. He's performed at the Melbourne, Edingburgh and Cape Town Festivals. Watch this video to see highlights of his performance at the 麻豆约拍...
