Known as Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ TV's foremost television programme planner, it has been said that from the 1950's Joanna Spicer practically ran Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Television single handed. She had close contact with figures such as Huw Wheldon, Grace Wyndham Goldie, and Sir Hugh Green, and saw television become the dominant force in broadcasting.
