We take a detailed look at the state of the world's business schools. Some argue they played a part in promoting the type of reckless and unethical behaviour that caused the global financial crisis. Have lessons really been learnt? We hear from some students and from Sangeet Chowfla, president and CEO of GMAC, the non-profit group that represents business schools globally. He believes the criticisms of business schools reflect outdated concerns. Hamish McCoombie, head of strategy at global recruitment consultant Morgan McKinley, gives us his perspective. And, former business school head, Angel Cabrera, now president of George Mason University, believes more still needs to be done to reform MBA education.

Also in the programme, we visit Peterhead in Scotland, the UK's largest fishing port, to see how trawlermen there feel about the prospect of Scottish independence, ahead of the referendum this week.
