Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe has announced the latest raft of reforms to try and stimulate Asia's second largest economy - slashing corporation tax and tackling vested interests. But can he succeed where other leaders have failed? Mark Whittaker travelled to Kamakura, a beach resort about an hour's train ride from the heart of Tokyo, to find out what residents want from economic reform.
