Pint-sized World Cup: Day Eleven
Day Eleven included an incredible 2-2 draw between USA and Portugal, with Varela heading in a 95th minute equaliser from Ronaldo’s inch perfect cross. Nani had given Portugal the lead early on, before Jones and Dempsey pulled two back for the United States.
Algeria stunned everyone in the 8pm kick-off by becoming the first African team to score four goals in World Cup Finals history, beating South Korea 4-2 in Porto Alegre.
