Martel warms up her vocal chords and joins a choir as they practice a specially composed song for the Queen’s Baton Relay
Last October the Queen’s Baton began a monumental 118,000 mile route to the Commonwealth Games - a trip equivalent to five times round the globe. It reaches Scotland on the 14th of June for the last part of its journey and en route 140 choirs will sing one especially composed song in a relay. Martel Maxwell heads to Langholm in Dumfries where the Langholm choir will serenade the arrival of the baton.
