Matthew Sheahan
One man who knows what it's like to abandon ship to a life raft is the racing and technical editor of Yachting world, Matthew Sheahan.
Matthew was rescued during the infamous 1979 Fastnet race.
He told Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Radio Solent's Neil Sackley there is compelling evidence that the crew would have made it to their life raft.
