Down's Syndrome teen arrested for burglary
The mother of a teenager with Down's Syndrome has lodged a formal complaint against the Metropolitan Police after her son was detained for nine hours for climbing through a window in his school in Tottenham to retrieve a baseball cap. Police insist they treated the 19 year-old appropriately as a 'vulnerable adult'. Reporter Anna O’Neil spoke to the family while Eddie challenged Borough Commander for Haringey Victor Olisa.
