Sir Robin Knox-Johnston is to compete in a solo trans-Atlantic race
At the age of 75, most people would be thinking of putting their feet up and taking life a little easier.
But when your name is Sir Robin Knox Johnston, that's the last thing that's on your mind.
The world record breaking sailor, and Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Radio Solent presenter has announced he is to compete in a gruelling 3500 mile, single handed race across the Atlantic this November.
He's been chatting with our reporter Neil Sackley.
