Russia Considers Retaliation

Russia drafts a law that could hurt European and US companies in response to the threat of economic sanctions. And, campaigners criticise a proposed EU conflict minerals scheme.

Russia's parliament has begun discussing how it might retaliate if the West were to impose sanctions. We hear from the president of the American Chamber of Commerce in Moscow that business people there are apprehensive. We are also joined by EU trade commissioner Karel De Gucht and Global Witness campaigner Sophia Pickles who disagree about the usefulness of an EU draft law designed to curb the circulation of 'conflict minerals'. And, from the Geneva Motorshow, the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ's Theo Leggett tells us how Chinese car makers are keen to make inroads into Europe.
