In 1964, Pablo Picasso said “this man is a genius and he is of greater worth than I am!”

The man isManitas de Plata, the man who changed the life of Teignmouth based flamenco guitarist Adam Westcott.

In 1965,Manitas sold out Carnegie Hall faster than any other artist.

He defined gypsy flamenco and toured the world for 40 years with his explosive, rough and beautiful guitar playing.

Adam says he feels privileged to callManitas a personal friend -after having being mentored by him in France - andhas put pen to paper andwritten an autobiography entitled "Hurry up and Wait!".

We'll meet Adam and hear him perform live on today's show.

Alice Gullick is a Plymouth-based 16-year-old singer songwriter currently in the process of releasing her debut EP "False Hopes".

Sheperformed one of her original songs, representing the UK, at the European Pop competition in Berlinin November, 2013 and came second out of 22 countries.

In July 2013, Alice appeared at the World Championships of Performing Arts in the junior singer category and was in the final with four other artists.

She performed in front of an audience of 2000 people.

She'll have a fair few more to entertain today when she joinsJG's Saturdayguests to perform live on 鶹Լ Radio Devon.

Andy Quick's Unidentified Flying Orchestra

Plymouth band Land Of The Giants' frontman, Andy Quick, has a new venture.

"The Flying Orchestra fuses bouncing beats, effortlessly cool bass, punchy jazz piano and soaring live strings in a heady cocktail perfect for the festival stage," he says.

"The live show is full power and a lot of fun. A collection of emotive, anthemic songs with a serious dance-floor vibe."

We'll hear for ourselves when Andy joins us along with his Unidentified Flying Orchestra (drummer Ted Baker,Wolf Claytonon keys, Josie Bouchardon bass, Lia Honoldon cello and Victoria Philipson violin) to perform live on today's show.

Lou Latham

Lou Lathamis a singer songwriter from Exeter who describes her music as acoustic/electro/dance.

Devon vocal coach, Hanna Wood, says "Louise Latham's music is extremely fresh and honest.

"It is what we should all listen to when we need that emotional lift or a good dance (whilst chanting optimistic catchy lyrics)."

She'll be performing live on today's show.

David Watkins isan authorliving in Devon with his wife, two sons and three legged dog!

He is a teacher by day and a writer whenever the day job allows.

Davidhas avidly read horror books since his teenage years and it remains a feature of the novels and stories he writes.

The Original's Return is his first novel and he's currently editing The Devil's Inn, a horror story set on Dartmoor.

He'll be joining in with the chat on today's show.
