Fracking: English councils offered tax revenue share

Councils that back fracking in their area could get a share of tax revenue as part of a move to promote drilling, the Prime Minister David Cameron has said.

English local authorities would receive all the business rates collected from shale gas schemes - rather than the usual 50%.
