Wendy Hamriding: Dog eating face "saved my life"
53 year old Wendy Hamriding, who was left blind after her pet dog chewed part of her face, has had her sight restored after around one hundred operations.
Mrs Hamriding says that the mauling helped save her life as she thinks drink would have killed her had she not been woken by her dog.
