Getting fit with Yoga in Bristol
January is the month that many may think of getting fit and healthy after the over-indulgences of Christmas and New Year celebrations. Shedding those extra few pounds can be a real struggle. But joining the gym is not the only way to do it. Lots of people are now trying out Yoga as a way of getting into shape. In this interview Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Bristol’s Sangeeta Dewan has been speaking to Yoga teacher Karen Hill, and some of her students at the Art of Living Foundation in Bristol to get an idea of what’s involved.
