Birmingham woman's fight to keep dead husband's sperm
Adrian Goldberg spoke to Beth Warren from Birmingham who is launching a legal battle to stop her dead husband's sperm from being destroyed. A sample was frozen when her husband was diagnosed with cancer in 2005. Before he died, he has signed a consent form to say his sperm could be used after death. The clinic housing the sample now says the consent will expire in April 2015.
