Should hospitals recruit nurses from abroad? New Cross Hospital in Wolverhampton told Pete Morgan it would not employ foreign nurses. One week later, it says it will have to. Pete spoke to the hospital chief executive Dave Laughton and Tim Baggs from the Royal College of Nursing.
