This year’s Reith Lectures, given by the artist Grayson Perry, have attracted a lot of attention. The lectures were commissioned by Radio 4’s Mohit Bakaya, who discusses their themes of art and value with Gillian Raymond from rural Tanzania, who found them entertaining but disappointing.
