G20 leaders in Russia are set to tighten up the rules on international tax avoidance, and World Business Report's Mark Whitaker reports from the heart of India's high-tech sector.

Leaders at the G20 meeting in Russia promise to crack down on corporate tax avoidance, but will the plans make any difference, and should developing nations have more of a say on the new tax code?
