Adjusting to a new school in a new town (drama)
A childrenβs fantasy drama written by Sanjeev Kohli about a ten year old boy and his first few days at a new school in a new town. We meet Jaspal who has to start a new school after his father changes job. Feeling alone and desperate to fit in, he resorts to stealing money from his father. Jaspal uses the money to buy several βShinsukeβ action figures in the hope of increasing his chances of finding a rare one, which would win him both friendship and popularity. Jaspal succeeds, but quickly finds his new found popularity put to the test when the action figure goes missing. With his conscience weighing on his mind, Jaspal is forced to consider if stealing the money was worth it? Or has losing the action figure cost Jaspal something more than popularity?
