Cuts To Other Services Will Pay For Children's Services Improvements

Northamptonshire County Council says money will be found to improve its Children's Services, even if that means cuts to other services. Ofsted says the Council's Children's Service is inadequate.

The Deputy Leader of the Council, Councillor Heather Smith says if the service doesn't improve she will consider her position.
