Business Daily brought together Wallace Kantai, of NTV in Kenya, and Governor Rotimi Amaechi of Rivers State in Nigeria, to ask what makes an African a member of the middle class. Also we go to Brazil, where the 'Classe C', as the new middle class is known, has risen up to demand more. Our reporter finds out that you can live in a favela, and still be considered a fully paid up member of the Classe C.
