Italian police raid the hotel rooms of two top Jamaican sprinters accused of drug doping. It follows after major US star, Tyson Gay, has a multi-million dollar sponsorship suspended for allegedly testing positive for banned drugs. We ask if it's still worthwhile for companies to tie their image to top athletes.
