Trefor ac Eileen Beasley

The story of the protest by the Beasley family in Llangennech who refused to pay English-only local rates demands from 1952 onwards. After an 8-year battle against Llanelli Town Council, Trefor and Eileen Beasley got their reward. A bilingual rate demand arrived in 1960.
