Ghandi and the end of British rule

A useful introductory synopsis of Gandhi's life and his beliefs from his days in Victorian London as a law student to his practising of the law in South Africa and India and later became the Leader of Congress. He was a master tactician and Hindu but by no means orthodox. His tactics of passive resistance did not not appeal to everyone but he tried to end the caste system in India, foreign domination and British rule.
