Off-shoring, transfer-pricing, and old-fashioned bribery means Africa is losing $60 billion a year, by some estimates. We also hear from Angel Gurria, from the Organisation of Economic Cooperation and Development, on his efforts to rectify the problem of multi-national corporations' tax avoidance.
