A President, planting, planes, pacifism and personal pictures.

Join Jon for all things Suffolk and beyond for your bank holiday entertainment.

Sitting in for Lesley, Jon has an afternoon of all things Suffolk, including a little Britten and a USAAF fly-past.

Stephen Cobbold, president of the Suffolk Show, shares the secret of a prize-winning sheep.

As the weather turns finally to Spring, Jon hears what's going in the ground at the oak Tree Low Carbon community farm at Rushemere near Ipswich and Flying Fortress Sally B and her escort are over the Suffolk skies.

Jon also chats to the director of a new film about Benjamin Britten's anti-war politics and music.

Benjamin Britten - Peace and Conflict by Tony Britten has been released as part of the Britten 100 celebrations and examines Britten's time at Gresham's school in Norfolk where his pacifism was germinated, and explores how it's represented in his music, including the epic War Requiem.

On the sofa is Nat Bocking from Halesworth, telling his amazing tale of tracing the family who feature in a battered photo album he found on a Californian street in 1992.
