The Conservatives - who've said they'll be targetting 20 Liberal Democrat seats at the next election - will have to dig deep into their supply of "cunning plans" to satisfy their backbenches if they fail to take Eastleigh in a by election called following the resignation of the disgraced Lib Dem MP Chris Huhne.
