Young, Black and Educated at Oxbridge

A national mentoring scheme that's getting more black state-educated young people to apply for elite universities, is calling for students to apply. Target Oxbridge has helped 50 per cent of its applicants to secure offers at Oxford and Cambridge universities this year, and wants to do better this time around.
