In Syria, the effects of war rages and aid workers are shocked at the lack of international aid. Plus a report on saving wombats in Australia.
Inside the Syrian capital's βDamascus Bubbleβ β a semblance of normal life continues, while war rages across the country.
Civil servants still travel to work on public transport, and children sit exams.
But even in the capital the cracks are starting to show. Food is running low and refugees continue to pour in from the suburbs and countryside β and throughout the coldest winter in 20 years, refugees have continued to flee the country.
The ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔβs chief international correspondent Lyse Doucet has been in Syria and reports on life in the capital and beyond.
In Australia conservationists are trying to save the wombats. Recently their numbers have been reduced - through disease, and shooting by farmers - but Georgina Kenyon has found some friends of the wombat who are keen to keep their species alive.
