Boat race protestor: "I've no regrets and would do it again."
University Boat Race protestor, Trenton Oldfield, talks to Nicky Campbell about why he thinks the right to protest is being undermined in Britain.
He was fished from the Thames in April following what he said was a protest against elitism and government cuts.
Some critics have called the protest "futile, deluded and narcissistic".
Supporters praised it as timely and symbolic.
Last week Trenton Oldfield was freed on electronic tag after serving seven weeks of a six month sentence for causing a public nuisance. Half way through the interview we've replaced a swear word with a beep:
