How to reduce friction on ice

Femi goes curling at an ice rink to discover more about frictional forces. Curlers use shoes with one rubber sole for grip and one Teflon sole to slide along the ice. They also spray small droplets of water onto the ice, which instantly freeze on the surface. Femi demonstrates the effect this has on the frictional force between the ice and the curling stone.
