'The Bed and Breakfast Star' by Jacqueline Wilson - the character of Elsa (dramatisation)
Using the example of Jacqueline Wilson's 'The Bed and Breakfast Star', we are shown how to introduce a character into a story. We meet a girl called Elsa who is named after a lion due to the mane-like hair she had as a baby and the roaring sound she would make. We also discover what her school life is like and get a glimpse of her personality and family life.
