'Law and Order' (pt 4/8) - Shoplifting and litter
Two boys play truant from school. They meet another truant who they do not know. He persuades them to steal from a local shop. 20% of youth crime in Glasgow happens during school hours. The boys cycle off and throw their litter on the road. The narrator points out that, in some areas, parents can be fined Β£50 if their children are caught dropping litter.
