The River Forth from source to sea
The River Forth flows from its source about 30km west of Stirling in Scotland, and continues past Edinburgh to the sea. Stirling Castle is situated at a strategic crossing point. The river is shown on a map of the Central Lowlands of Scotland and its tributaries are explained.
