Animated presentation showing how African art strongly influenced the work of Pablo Picasso and Henri Matisse and where this can be seen in their pictures. We look at how it affected the way both artists used the art in their own contrasting styles to produce both Cubist and bold decorative pieces. There is also a reference to contemporary British artist Chris Ofili's similarly influenced work.
