The French-speaking world
A group of people from Guadaloupe, Quebec and Senegal talk about what it means to be part of the French-speaking world and about their own and their compatriots' use of French. Their answers focus on their feelings of 'Frenchness', the common culture and the global community, the beauty of the French language and the fact that being a French speaker opens up the possibility of wider travel. Interviewees also talk about the other languages which are spoken in their country.
