A look at Hakim M'Barek's busy day of appointments and meetings working as a communications officer for the water agency. Hakim is working at home and the interviewer asks him if he works 35 hours in the week. We see and hear him making lunch arrangements on the phone. Later we see Hakim hiring one of the bikes, easily available in Lyon, to go about his business in the city.
