The Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme

In 1956, Prince Philip set up a scheme to encourage outdoors activity amongst young people. Over seven million young people in 130 countries have gained awards. His son Prince Edward, Duke of Wessex, interviews him about the origins of the scheme.

Prince Edward aims to discover if the Duke's award scheme both inspires and motivates individuals, aiding them in fulfilling their highest potential.
