A cricket club in Northamptonshire says dog walkers have threatened to disrupt their matches, or even dig up their pitch with a rotivator, if a "dogs on leads order" is introduced. The Town Council in Higham Ferrers says forcing owners to keep their dogs on leads would mean less dog mess to deal with.
