Universal Credit Could Hit Disabled

It's claimed that the new Universal Credit system could leave people with disabilities with less money. That's according to an inquiry chaired by Baroness Tanni Grey-Thompson.

It's claimed that the new Universal Credit system could leave people with disabilities with less money. That's according to an inquiry on behalf of a number of charities, chaired by Baroness Tanni Grey-Thompson. Reporter Carrol Weston meets Tracey Kesterton from Northampton who currently receives disability living allowance, while Stuart talks to Mick Dillan, the Chief Executive of the Disability Resource Centre which runs centres for independent living in Corby and Northampton, and to Martin Lord, the manager of the Citizen's Advice Bureau in Northampton.
