Unions representing staff at Northamptonshire County Council say they may strike over planned pay cuts. The Council is consulting over axeing sick pay and making a pay cut of 3.6%. Stuart talks to Tony Travers, a local government expert based at the LSE, and to Ian Wooland at Unite in Southampton where a similar policy was implemented.
