Sarah Healing from Penniwells will be here at midday today. Penniwells offers rehabilitation for disabled people through horse-riding. Weβll be joined by one of the riders, who also carried the Paralympic torch some weeks ago.
At 1, Chicken man Neil Blackham returns, this time joined by Joe Amos. These guys will be sharing tips and pointers on how you can start living βThe Good Lifeβ - there's a factsheet available with all the info you'll need.
