The Electromagnetic Spectrum
Starting from a recap of transverse and longitudinal waves, the speed of electromagnetic waves is described. A mnemonic is introduced to help students remember the order of waves in the electromagnetic spectrum, according to their frequency and wavelength. A diagram of transverse waves is used to recap wavelength and frequency.
